We are an independent introduction service. We are building a carefully selected network of UK implant clinics. Where we have a suitable partner clinic, we will connect you to discuss your options and arrange an assessment. If we do not have a suitable partner in your area, we will tell you.

One of our patient coordinators may call briefly to understand your requirements before introducing a suitable clinic. We do not distribute your details indiscriminately.

We are not a dental practice. We do not provide dental, clinical or medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on this site should be treated as such. Any treatment contract is between you and the clinic you choose.

We do not guarantee that a clinic will be available near you, that you will receive a quote, or that any particular price or timescale will be offered.

Prices shown on this site are general UK market guidance only. Actual costs depend on case complexity, bone condition, materials and the clinic. Only a written quote from a clinic following an assessment is binding, and finance is subject to status and the lender's approval.

We verify that treating dental professionals appear on the GDC register and that English providers hold the appropriate CQC registration. This is a credential check, not an endorsement or a guarantee of clinical outcome.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the enquiry form only for a genuine enquiry about your own treatment, or on behalf of someone who has asked you to.

Submitting an enquiry requires your explicit consent to us processing your treatment information and sharing your enquiry with up to 5 suitable clinics. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Enquiry data is kept for 12 months. See our privacy policy.

Our service is free for patients. We may receive a fee from a clinic when we introduce a patient. This never changes the price you are quoted by the clinic.

We are not liable for the acts, omissions, advice or treatment of any clinic. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms; the version published here applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
